Silent Villas” competition
Competition period: 29.04.2024 – 07.05.2023
The organizer of the competition is TBL Therme Laa an der Thaya Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation. TBL Therme Laa an der Thaya Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. is responsible for the organization, processing and provision of prices.
This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram.
Win: 1 overnight stay in the Silent Villa in August 2024 for 2 people. The prize can only be redeemed from Sunday to Thursday in August. If the overnight stay cannot be held in August 2024 (because no date can be found by the winner), the prize will be forfeited.
To take part in the competition, the participant must fulfill the following requirements: Be a follower of the Therme Laa AND Silent Spa Instagram channel, like the competition post and add a comment mentioning at least one person. The competition ends on 07.05.2024 at 24:00. TBL Therme Laa will draw the winner(s) from all comments, without the public being informed. The winners will be notified by direct message on 08.05.2024. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
Legal recourse is excluded. Winnings cannot be redeemed in cash. Minimum age: 16 years. The winners will be drawn in camera and without the presence of a notary. By participating, you agree that all data received in connection with the conclusion of this contract, in particular your personal data within the meaning of the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), may be processed automatically and that this data may be transmitted to VAMED Standortentwicklung und Engineering GmbH [&] CO KG and third parties, companies commissioned by VAMED Standortentwicklung und Engineering GmbH [&] CO KG in the areas of market research, direct marketing and e-marketing for advertising, market research and telemarketing purposes, unless you revoke your consent in writing at any time.
