Yoga retreat Balance of body & mind

Lisa Maria Luckner is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Hatha is considered gentle yoga, yet it is physically and mentally challenging. Grounding & relaxation is her motto for this retreat.

“I have been leading yoga classes, meditations and breathwork under the name Erdendasein for 5 years – and the name says it all – BEING! Arrive on the mat, arrive with yourself, switch off your ego, get to know your limits, feel into your body. I accompany you on this path and try to cater to your individual needs – from pain relief through targeted stretching exercises to advanced exercises that intensify your yoga practice.

A good balance between challenging asanas (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation is very important to me in every class – because that’s what hatha yoga is all about – finding a balance between your energies and finding your centre again at the end.

The motto of this year’s yoga retreat is “Arrive with yourself & recharge your batteries”. This weekend, I want to give you the space to be with yourself, to stop the carousel of thoughts and let all your obligations wait. With challenging exercises, I will show you how much strength and courage you have and at the same time what it means to be considerate of your body’s resources.
