Yoga at Therme Laa for beginners or as a retreat with an overnight stay in a hotel
It is well known that yoga has an extremely positive effect on body and mind: The special exercises are easy to learn and can support the entire musculoskeletal system if practised regularly. This gives you more strength and new confidence in life and ultimately leads to the overarching goal of yoga: to feel good in your own body. Our hotel and day guests are cordially invited to take part in the regular yoga sessions at Therme Laa. It doesn’t matter whether you are a curious beginner or an advanced yogi: Our instructors will support you on your path to inner balance and more ease in life.

Aquafitness
Aquafitness at Therme Laa – your way to more vitality and well-being! Jump into the refreshing experience of our aqua fitness classes, perfect for achieving fitness goals while you relax and unwind. Our trainers will guide you through dynamic, water-based exercises that are suitable for both beginners and advanced users. Enjoy the positive effect of water on your body and mind. Aquafitness sessions take place daily directly in the thermal baths. Free participation.
Back Fitness
Strengthen your back! Discover our special back fitness programme, which is specifically designed to strengthen and relax your back muscles. Under the guidance of experienced trainers, you will perform exercises that release tension and strengthen the spine. Perfect for anyone looking for an effective yet relaxing method to prevent back pain and improve their general well-being. Please register at the Info-Point. Course location: Fit & Active Room. Kinesis training
The absolute highlight is our Kinesis wall, on which two people can train at the same time. Special three-dimensional pulling exercises have an additional and therefore highly effective effect compared to conventional strength training. All everyday movements can be modelled and specifically improved through Kinesis training. Das Kinesis-Training kann jederzeit im Fit & Aktiv-Raum durchgeführt werden.
