Meeting and check-in take place at the hotel reception at 8:30 AM.
The first yoga class in Czech will be held from 8:45 to 9:45 AM. Afterwards, enjoy a hearty breakfast – the breakfast buffet in the SILENT SPA is prepared with regional products from local suppliers and is available until 1:00 PM.
A personal lounger reserved in your name awaits you in the SILENT SPA.
The afternoon yoga session will take place from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
The evening session begins at 6:00 PM.
The yoga classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
Throughout the entire day, you can enjoy the exclusive hotel spa, full thermal spa, the impressive sauna world with pools, and of course the premium magical SILENT SPA.

Who is Veru Mohani
Veru Mohani is a yoga and movement meditation teacher who studied with the Indian master Kabir Bharti and the renowned physiotherapist Rada Holicka. In recent years, she has been deepening her experience and education in the field of breathwork and breathing techniques, the healing power of voice, and intuitive singing.
She plays harmonizing musical instruments, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and sees yoga as a life philosophy and a path.
Veru approaches each participant in her classes with great sensitivity, respect, and care. Her sessions offer a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience.
