Experience yoga lessons in harmony with philosophy. Enjoy the sound of crystal bowls and allow yourself to be. Just to be.
Vladyslav will guide the yoga asana practice, which will be a beautiful synergy of hatha, ashtanga vinyasa and kriya yoga. Deep, stress-releasing, rejuvenating and purifying breathwork will be a significant part of each class.
Inga will guide a harmonizing yoga nidra meditation, followed by a relaxing crystal singing bowl sound healing session.
Price for single room on request. Reservations on request and according to availability. Please let us know your dietary preferences or restrictions in advance.

who are Vladyslav and Inga
Vladyslav Chanheliia is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 600) with more than 18 years of experience. Besides being a well-established yoga teacher, Vladyslav is also internationally awarded professional football player. The extraordinary background of Vladyslav allowed him to develop one of a kind yoga style, focusing on a perfect strength and flexibility balance – all within the traditional hatha yoga framework with the elements of ashtanga vinyasa and kundalini yoga. Deep breatwork is one of the main focus points of Vladyslav’s classes. Additionally, Vladyslav is also a prominent Vedic philosophy speaker and lecturer.
Inga Prokofjeva is a certified yoga teacher (also a student of Vladyslav), a certified vegan/raw nutritionist, a detox specialist, and a certified spiritual psychology coach. Inga has developed an integrative programme for a purification on all levels: physical, mental and emotional. Her holistic approach is designed to bring individuals into a complete alignment through a custom-made nutrition and detox plans, rejuvenating yoga and crystal singing bowl meditation classes, as well as through the work on the subconscious mind.
