Sure, you could lounge around and be lazy in the sun. We won’t stop you! But wouldn’t it be a shame to miss out on all the sporting possibilities you can enjoy during your stay with us? Anyone who does sports regularly, will tell you how great you feel after being active. Release endorphins, sweat out toxins, build muscle and lose excess pounds! You can do all this with Therme Laa’s many different fitness and activity programs. We are happy to help you meet your goals with professional help and high-quality equipment.

KINESIS-TRAINING

One of our absolute highlights is our kinesis wall on which two people can train at the same time. Special three-dimensional pull exercises have additional, highly effective impacts when compared to conventional strength training. Many everyday movements can be simulated and systematically improved with kinesis training.

YOU HAVE THE CHOICE

All sports is not created equal! We’re sure you have a favorite sport, movement patterns and training equipment. To make sure you pursue a well-balanced sports program and enjoy other important exercises, the professional fitness team at Therme Laa is happy to put together a varied program for you. This might include water aerobics that is easy on your joints, chest muscle training with our TechnoGym equipment, pilates and back strengthening gymnastics. Please feel free to consult our fitness trainers at any point, so we can assist you in achieving all-around wellbeeing.
