The highest hygiene precautions have always been very important to us. Your safe and relaxing vacation is our top priority. We have worked out a extensive concept so that both are guaranteed.

1. Is the Therme Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa currently open?

Yes! The entire resort of Therme Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa is inviting you again to relax and unwind.

We summarized everything you need to know for your stay in the following points of our FAQs.

2. Which requirements do I have to meet for a stay in the hotel, in the thermal baths or in the SILENT SPA?

Currently, a 3G proof (COVID-19 vaccination, recovery or a negative test result) is no longer required for our guests and children of all ages. Wearing a mouth and nose protection or a FFP2 mask is also voluntary.

With our hygiene and protection concept, we continue to ensure a safe and relaxed stay and continuously adapt our measures in accordance with new requirements.

If you have symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, etc., we still appeal to the personal responsibility of our guests and ask you to stay at home.

3. Do guests have to wear a FFP2 mask in the resort?

The wearing of a FFP2 mask is currently not mandatory in the entire resort of Therme Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa.

4. I would like to book a vacation. But what do I do if I have to cancel my stay at short notice due to corona?

We are of course aware that planning your vacation has always been easier. Therefore, we would like to offer you all the more security and flexibility:

If something unexpected should come up, you can cancel your planned stay up to one day before arrival, relaxed and free of charge.* In this case, please let us know immediately - thank you very much!

5. Can I visit the restaurant as an external guest?

Of course, you can also use the restaurant if you are not a hotel guest. We ask you to make a reservation request at +43 (0) 2522 84700 9602.

 

6. I live in a neighboring country like the Czech Republic. Can I also spend my vacation at Therme Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa?

We are also welcoming our guests from neighboring countries again!

Vouchers & Promotions

1. My voucher expired during the time of closure. Will it be extended?

Value- and service vouchers do not expire during the closing period - after all, you could not use them.

  • The price guarantee (validity) of vouchers that expired between November 1st, 2020 and May 18th, 2021 will therefore be automatically extended to December 31st, 2021. (except for advertising vouchers)

  • The price guarantee (validity) of vouchers that have expired between November 22nd, 2021 and December 16th, 2021 will be automatically extended by the time of closure. (except for advertising vouchers)
2. My collective pass for the thermal baths or the SILENT SPA expired during the period of closure. Will its validity be extended?

Your collective pass is usually valid for one year from the first stamp. But don't worry: if your collective pass has expired during the period of closure, we will extend its validity:

  • If your collective pass has expired between November 1st, 2020 and May 18th, 2021, we will extend its validity until December 23rd, 2021.

  • If your collective pass has expired between November 22nd, 2021 and December 16th, 2021, we will extend its validity by the time of closure.


Please note that due to the restrictions imposed by the federal government and the reduced capacity, subsequent redemption of the fully stamped collective pass is only possible during the week (excluding public holidays).

3. I celebrated my birthday or wedding anniversary in the time of closure. Can I still use the promotions?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem the promotions for the birthday or wedding anniversary that took place during the closing phase. We ask for your understanding.
