It is to be anticipated, that the whole resort of Therme Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa will be open again on May 3rd, 2021.
In order that you have enough time to use your purchased vouchers on site, we are extending their validity!
What this means for you: If you buy vouchers online or at the hotel reception until the Therme Laa reopens, the validity of these vouchers will automatically be additionally extended for 3 months.
Value- and service vouchers do not expire during this period - after all, you could not use them. The price guarantee (validity) of these vouchers is therefore automatically extended until August 31st, 2021! (except for advertising vouchers)
Just catch up on your personal holiday! If you can or could not celebrate your birthday or wedding anniversary due to the Corona restrictions (date between November 1st, 2020, and May 2nd, 2021), we warmly invite you to do so by August 31st, 2021! Enjoy our wedding offer in the SILENT SPA with day entry for two people for the price of one or relax in the day spa for free on your birthday (day thermal entry without sauna). Just bring a copy of your ID or a copy of your wedding certificate.
Your collective pass is usually valid for one year from the first stamp. But don't worry: If your collective pass expires during the period of closure, i.e. between November 1st, 2020 and May 2nd, 2021, we will extend its validity until August 31st, 2021.
So you have enough time to continue collecting stamps after the reopening or to redeem your fully stamped pass.
The safety of our guests and our employees is our top priority. It goes without saying that all necessary safety and hygiene measures such as face masks for all employees, regular disinfection of contact areas in the resort (e.g. tables, bar, hotel reception, door handles and also key chains) complement our already very high hygiene standards.
