YOUR CAREFREE HOLIDAY

The highest hygiene precautions have always been very important to us. Your safe and relaxing vacation is our top priority. We have worked out a extensive concept so that both are guaranteed.

Resort

1. When is the resort open again?

Therme Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa has been open again since May 29th, 2020.

The opening times of the day spa are: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.

2. What hygiene and safety measures have been taken for the guests?

The safety of our guests and our employees is our top priority. It goes without saying that all necessary safety and hygiene measures such as face masks for all employees, regular disinfection of contact areas in the resort (e.g. tables, bar, hotel reception, door handles and also key chains) complement our already very high hygiene standards.

3. Do all guests have to wear mouth and nose protection?

As part of the new measures taken by the federal government, which came into force on September 14th, 2020, our guests are obliged to wear face masks in all areas for safety reasons. Face masks are also required in the buffet area of our restaurants (hotel, thermal baths, SILENT SPA), as well as for massage & cosmetic treatments. The entire bathing area including the sauna is excluded from this rule. We also ask you to keep a sufficient distance (at least 1 meter) from one another and from employees.

Together we are trying to further contain the spread of COVID-19 in Austria with these measures. Thank you for supporting us in this common cause!

4. What precautions are there to keep the distance in the restaurant (breakfast / dinner)?

The legal hygiene and distance rules are observed in the restaurant and our employees wear face masks. You will be placed by our service staff at the entrance (no free choice of seat).

5. How much distance must be kept in the water?

We ask for your cooperation in order to take responsibility for the safety of the other guests and employees. The maximum number of people per pool is indicated at the entrances. The minimum distance of one meter must also be observed in the water.

The sauna world is open to day and hotel guests! Due to the legal regulations, the number of guests in the sauna world and in the individual saunas is reduced. The maximum number of guests per sauna is written in front of the respective sauna.

In the sauna world, infusions without fronds or additives such as creams / salts etc. are currently offered. The very high hygiene standards we have already applied are supplemented by additional measures for your safety. All saunas are disinfected after each sauna session. Please also keep a minimum distance from other guests in the sauna.
