Start the day with a yoga and meditation session or an activating workout. With our video tutorials, you can perform a completely private relaxation ceremony in your Silent Villa – be it on the bathing jetty, on the terrace or in another favorite place in your Silent Villa. Our fitness trainer will support you on request.
SAUNA CEREMONY
Each villa has its own private Finnish sauna, which you can use at any time. Become a sauna master yourself! With our sauna instructions, you will learn interesting facts about how to use a sauna.
Start with gentle relaxation in the morning. You will find nourishing scrubs, creams and oils in the villa. A dip in the natural pond is always recommended for the perfect cool-down in between. Treat yourself to plenty of rest and relaxation in your private spa.
