Recharge your batteries at this yoga retreat and spend a weekend at the 4*Superior Hotel Therme Laa – with all the hotel’s inclusive services. This yoga retreat is led by Anna Stattmann. The focus lies on dance, embodiment, yoga and mindfulness – true to the motto “feel free and connected”. Anna Stattmann (Profil @anna.soulflow) is a certified spiritual life coach, psychosocial counsellor in training under supervision, aspiring yoga teacher, trained fitness instructor and passionate dancer.

After dinner: Welcome Circle with getting to know each other, meditation, exchange & journaling, first embodiment exercises - Saturday, 8.6.2024
After breakfast: Gentle good morning wake-up yoga
In the afternoon: sensory, slow dance followed by a sound journey
After dinner: Meditation and breathing and bedtime exercises - Sonntag, 9.6.2024
After breakfast: Closing circle with “walking meditation”, intuitive body-embedded embodiment dance with elements from yoga

The yoga retreat takes place with a minimum of 8 participants. Limited number of rooms and places (maximum 12 people). Cannot be used in combination with other offers and promotions.

You are also welcome to take part in this yoga retreat as an external guest. Price on request. Please come in comfortable yoga clothing.
